IF YOU Like we can send you a prepaid label for Returns. You will have to pay for the shipping cost to return the item. We will only charge you the price that USPS will charge us for this return.
Our US Returns & Exchanges Policy
The following policy applies to domestic orders only.
Eligibility Window:To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our store within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Hangbags: Must be returned with the outside plastic bag intact and all the other papar packaging with the tags. Please do not rip the outside bag opening your handbag.
- Sunglasses: Must be returned with original sunglassbox and all the other packaging including the original case.Please use the same box for shipping it back in which you have received these sunglasses. Sunglasses return without the outside box will not be accepted and no refunds will be allowed.
- All other items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
